Meet The Designer
Judson bridges

What is your background?

I was in fashion for 15 years, worked in PR, have sold real estate, owned my own app and have done lots of beautiful things with furniture and interiors.

What made you want to get into interior design?

For me, interiors are much like fashion – they can be life enhancing literal pieces of art you can live in. Helping people achieve this brings me joy every day.

What do you love about your job?

Definitely my amazing team and the incredible array of skills and personality we all bring to the job each day. And of course, playing even a small role in helping clients put together their dream home.

What tile designs really get your heart racing?

I love smaller mosaics in marble and natural stone as a means of breaking up a reduced palette. This is a fantastic way to inject subtle glamour into the ever-popular Hamptons aesthetic.

What product trends are you seeing when it comes to tile and flooring?

Lots of clients are being inspired by their travels and boutique hotels they’ve seen around the world, which really resonates with me. It’s definitely (thankfully) becoming less is more, with a focus on quality, craftsmanship and just the right use of colour and texture. This is very evident in the ever-increasing demand for beautiful chevron flooring.

If you could makeover your own kitchen, what would it look like?

Black, textured, discreetly positioned, uncluttered. And with a chef. Wearing black.
