• THYNK Designer package promotion commences 1st day of November 2021 at 9.00am AEDT and finishes 30th day of June 2022 at 5.00pm
• Available to new clients of all THYNK homebuilder customers.
• New clients must have signed up with a THYNK home builder partner.
• $45,000 for $30,000 package is available on any home design from THYNK signed, home builders
• Value promoted is based on an ‘average sized home’. The value will vary, depending on the size of the home. Please discuss this with your consultant
• Packages are based on having Full Height Tiling already Included in your homebuilder contract for ensuite + bathroom. Please see your consultant if you need to add full-height tiling.
• Main Floor based on approx. 100m2 included in contract
• Porch + Alfresco must already be in contract + based on a Standard Size of approx. 6.5m2 for Porch + 12m2 for Alfresco will be additional. Please discuss this with your consultant
• This packing is applicable for main floor no larger than 100m2.
• This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other THYNK offer, promotion or discount and is not transferable for cash.
• This promotion is strictly limited to the items listed within the promotion (although there are range options included) and cannot be substituted for other items outside of the offer.
• The discount package is void if components are removed or not utilised.
